After a long hiatus due to being too busy to think straight, things are dying down a bit. Not much, but a bit. And tonight’s forecast is looking fantastic for viewing!
If anyone wants to join me, I’ll be at Bluff Creek Park about Sunset, at 2044.
I suspect there may be soccer games going on until sunset, along with a full parking lot, so don’t show up thinking you’ll get some solar viewing in.

So sad I didn’t see this.
It was perfect when I got there. I got about an hour and an half of very good viewing in before it started to get a bit breezy. It slowed my autostacking a bit, and I could have continued. But I decided to call it a night about 2230.
Here’s Comet 13P with both my Seestar and my eVscope 2. 16 minutes with the Seestar and 17 minutes with the eV2, before it went into the trees.

That’s awesome. They say you can see 13p with small binoculars in June and July. I’ve been wanting to find some time to try to view it with my binos. I have yet to get to view a comet.
