I’m at BMSP tonight. Heading over to Camp Billy Joe tomorrow. The sky is crystal clear and the stars are brilliant! I don’t know why, but the Big Dipper always seems twice as big as when I see it in the city or CRO. BMSP is very dark.
While it’s in the 60s right now, it feels very chilly, and the low tonight will be 54F.
If you’re coming to Okie-Tex, be sure to bring enough winter clothing to stay warm!
Here’s hoping that every night will be like tonight! Didn’t set up anything, as my scopes are packed and I don’t want to unpack anything until I get to the site tomorrow.
