I am having a star gazing party this Sunday (Saturns opposition) for a school group in Ada…. I would like to open it up for others who want to come.
Just was putting this together with some friends and we started looking for some others who may want to come.
I’m bringing my dob, and maybe my old refractor if I can find the objective, and severe binoculars. I’ve invited the astronomy classes at the local schools, but not expecting a lot from high school kids! Just looking to see who would want to come around here, and wanted to invite any of your club members that live around here.
If anyone wants to come great, as it is we have a few groups of kids, some home school groups, and a few friends.
Who knows, maybe we can start to grow something.
