Is there hot water available in the dining hall? I’d like to make hot tea, cocoa, or a cup of ramen, outside of catered meal times.
Yes, during the day. In the evening, from 8pm until 2am the Cosmic Cafe is open for fee-based food (burgers, grilled chesse sammys, frito pies and the like) as well as cold sodas hot coffee and cocoa mix. IIRC donations for coffee and cocoa mix. Hot water is there to make cocoa or your own tea or ramen.
