As some of you are aware I am liquidating Rod’s Gallagher’s astro equipment and will be attending Okie-Tex this year and I may be able to bring some items to avoid shipping. This includes a Paramount MYT and tripod, a Coronado Solar scope, ZWO ASI 6200M cameras, guiders, some eyepieces, TAK150 refractor, FSQ106N, two Paramount ME’s, a Tak NJP mount and tripod, a small mount for DSLR’s, and other odds and ends. What will you be asking for the Takahashi 150? Rod showed it to me on the NJP out at CRO and then looked through my Tak 102. (I didn’t have my 130 yet at that point.)
And I didn’t know that he had purchased the 106 Tak Petzval. (That is a VERY nice imaging scope, but I’ll stick with my Tak 80 Baby Q.)

Looking at the very few that have sold on cloudynights and astromart, they seem to go for around $9000-10,000 with the field flattener and scopeguard case-which are both included along with the rings, so I’ll list it at the high end of that and see if I have any takers, and if not, drop the price until I do. I could probably discount it to save the cost and risk of shipping and a quick sale-with his daughter’s approval. New these are around $15,000.
