Moon - Mars conjunction

Mars just off the tip of the Moon tonight (6/29) in the evening sky. Red color of Mars visible as a small speck naked eye. Very nice view! Mars about 15 arc/min away.
Astro Tech 102ED on Orion EQ26 mount. 12mm TeleVue Delos (59.5x) iPhone 16 ProMax.

My attempt with lunar conjunction with Mars; early evening ~1hr after sunset .

Equip. Celestron CX8, Alt-azmuth mount NexStar 8SE, 50mm eyepiece, zoom 1.6x on iPhone 12 1sec exposure. Had to hold the scope stead due to wind gusts.
