With the new Dwarf 2 updates to the app my D2 is no longer usable untill a fix is put in place. Until then with the new Seestar Pro on the way if anymore has a Seestar S 30 they would like to sell I would be interested in buying it. Please let me know.
Doncha hate it when they “update” something, and make it unusable? I’ve had that happen to me at least twice on my scopes. The last time it took them 5 months to correct the problem they created.

Hello. At this time it not processing asto photos. I was trying to imagine some things the past fee nights but it would take one picture and just spin on the photo timer. I left it for 15 minutes and it never moved past the original photo. I had to reboot it to try again since it wouldnt finish its closing process. I also tried to delete photos off the sd card and it would show the picture deleted but it wouldn’t delete it. It sees the card but wont allow any editing. Even when I conected it to my computer it would show the sd card clean but as soon as I checked the sd card again the photos were still there. Even after deleting the app and reinstalling it still wont delete photes.
Sorry to hear about the issues. Have you tried…?
-Clearing the cache / app cache and reboot. I was surprised to see a cache on the Seestar app (the first time). Since then, I clear the cache every time I transfer photos
-Formatting / reformatting the SD card
-Does the app have read/write access to your phone’s storage (in your phone’s settings)
I did see in the helps for D2 clearing cache and reinstall app could help. But it didnt work even a freshly formatted sd card ddint help. The D2 wouldn’t even recognize the full sd card. Its a 128 gb and only recognize 54 gb. Even after fully formatted. Ive been grateful to use it. I hope they fix the isses soon.
Hi Dru: I hadn’t planned on selling my Seestar S30, but I probably need to sell one of my Seestars before someone comes out with a 70-80mm smart scope.
