International Observe the Moon Night (InOMN) at Science Museum Oklahoma on 19 Sep 2026. Will start at 7pm until 10pm. The Moon rises at 3:37pm and Sunset is at 7:31pm. Venus sets at 8:45pm and Saturn rises at 8:14pm.

International Observe the Moon Night (InOMN) is an annual worldwide public event that encourages observation, appreciation, and understanding of our Moon and its connection to NASA planetary science and exploration. Everyone on Earth is invited to join the celebration by hosting or attending an InOMN event ā€” and uniting on one day each year to look at and learn about the Moon together.

Just wanted to let everyone know that we have over 700 pre-registrations for the event! We are expecting a really strong turn out for this one, so we can definitely use all the telescopes and help that we can muster. Iā€™m super excited!
