The OFFICIAL DATE this year is Saturday, October 4th. We will run our first event on Saturday Night, September 27th at Black Mesa State Park from 8 PM til midnight. If you will be out at OTSP and wish to stay an extra night after the Star Party, contact me at eileen,grzybowski@okcastroclub.com.

October 4 is the official date, however we understand that flexibility is important and welcome you to host an event any day between September 26 and October 12.
We currently don’t have any events scheduled for Oct 4th. Does anyone want to do an event on Oct 4th? If so any ideas of where to have it? Somewhere local or maybe out at CRO?
We could use one of the local events already scheduled like Oct 2nd at OCCC or Oct 3rd First Friday at Arbor Gardens.
The OCCC and Arbor Gardens 1st Friday events have been added to the International Observe the Moon Night official website. We should have great views of the Moon and Saturn. I’m thinking about bringing out my 8” EdgeHD haven’t used it in awhile.
