How deep is the well pump and when water was last tested?

I don’t know how deep; the well is on our neighbor’s property, pumped over to us. We have no control over the quality and must always assume the water is not potable due to the cow herd nearby. There is a 5 gallon water cooler in the building, and individual bottled water is available in the bottom drawer of the fridge.
The well water is used for the kitchen sink, lavatories, toilets, and shower.
