We have Aurora showing up naked eye in Jones. Look due North and Northeast.

Actually you don’t need anything special. Any type of camera will do, a cell phone even.
Get to a dark area and set your camera for night time, low light, and a long exposure. Best to use a tripod for stability. That’s the key though, stability and a long exposure.

The first picture was with my iPhone 15 and the other 3 pictures Ida took with her iPhone 15 Pro Max. The iPhone 15 Pro Max seems to take better pictures. I could only get mine to do 10 seconds but Ida could get 30 seconds. It was clearly naked eye visible.

Thanks. I’m guessing getting out of Moore would be better so my northern view isn’t blown out by the City.
I do have a DSLR and tripod so I will try that.
