A short timelapse clip where I caught some Aurora Borealis at the Okie-Tex Star Party 2023. It was a mostly cloudy night and I was just messing around time-lapsing here and there and caught this nice little surprise. The short clip is looped a few times.

Thanks Russ. I see them every year there. They are faint, but they are there. Most people go to bed at around midnight, I usually stay up all night at Okie-Tex. I’m always saying “hey see that green sky glow” usually no one else sees it. I think we are entering the uptick in solar activity, so I’ll make an effort to do more time-lapses and catch some this winter.
