Anyone have dealings with Starfront in Texas?

If anyone has had dealings with Starfront, (in Texas) I would be
very interested in talking to you. Thanx.

I’ve seen them on several news stories. Don’t know how they are. Here’s their website.

I haven’t had any direct dealing with them. I saw the CBS News article about them. They are in Coleman County, Texas which doesn’t seem to be any darker than Cheddar Ranch.

I have a Seestar out there, happy to talk with you about it!

Just watched a video on this:

Hello

Thanx for your email. I ruled out Starfront as they do not
allow customers access to their own equipment!!!

There is no way I would put an expensive setup in a place where
I could not access it. (They told me - a few months ago-
“customers are not allowed in the enclosures due to
liability issues”.)

I just came back from touring Deep Sky New Mexico.
A higher, darker site (than Brady TX) with a very accommodating owner.
I will put my telescope there.
